Beautiful hotel, great location, super restaurant, big king room

There was a party on the pool area right under our balcony (no one told me about it) and we couldn't sleep until 2am. Don't take room 221 on weekends if there is a party......

The best thing about it was the restaurant, although it probably isn't owned by the hotel. We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, which is called Lola. Food was good, server was friendly and helpful.

Like Ponce itself, the Ramada is very run-down, and didn't seem very well kept up or particularly clean. I don't think it lives up to the name that other Ramadas have maintained. I'm sure that at one time the building was beautiful, but now it borders on the decrepit. Also, we didn't like the fact that the parking lot attendants there (parking is $10 per night) insisted that the lot provided only "valet parking." We would have preferred being able to take our car in and out ourselves.

It's a wonderful hotel with very helpful staff at check-out. the venue offers a magnificent location near the Cathedral of Ponce, the Cerralles castle, and the town's plaza. - the Museum of Puerto Rico Music is next to the hotel. The Ponce Plaza Hotel & Casino is a fantastic lodging option with friendly staff, situated conveniently close to significant landmarks and attractions like the Cathedral of Ponce, Cerralles castle, and the town's plaza. Moreover, guests will enjoy the proximity of the Museum of Puerto Rico Music, which adds to the hotel's appeal.

Cute place to stay 2 miles away from La Rambla Shopping Center. Incredible unit with a huge balcony and large bathroom, for instance. Unbeatable central location and helpful staff. The attached restaurant on the premises. Nice stay, as always.

Great location close to shops, town's plaza, and the center of town. the rooms are always up to date and a good size, with a balcony for some fresh air 😊.

I pay for a king bed or thats what the website said, but when I get there I receive a room with a full bed and they charge me the same.

We love the location and the classics room but we can't to stay on these rooms because there are full.
